What genre of music do you like?  I pride myself on incorporating a variety of genres into my playlist.  I plan class choreography & music to compliment each other and motivate my riders.  I do take request and include them in my rides.
What do you do for FUN?   Spend time with my husband and dog Buddy!  We love to hike, bike and work out for fun.  I love Pilates :-)

What genre of music do you like?  I try to find music that fits the ride/race tempo; usually between 120 - 130 bpm.....that doesn’t suck.  What do you do for FUN?  Spending time with my wife and 3 boys and daughter and our dog Marley.  We like the beach, teaching the boys to swim, surf, and play sports.  And of course Cycling!
